Is it safe to order from Voltify?
Yes. We use Cash on Delivery, which means you don't pay anything until your order arrives at your door. There's no upfront payment and no risk. We also call you to confirm every order before we ship it.
What products do you sell?
We offer premium iPhone accessories — MagSafe wallets, iPhone cases, AirPods, and more. Everything is selected to be slim, reliable, and built to last.
How do I place an order?
Add what you want to your cart and go through checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives. No card or upfront payment required.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 business days across Bulgaria. We'll call you to confirm your order and delivery time before we ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is Econt's charge, paid to Econt when you receive the parcel — from €5.09 to an Econt office. It depends on where the parcel goes and on its weight, plus Econt's fee for cash on delivery on the products. We don't charge or keep any of it. Checkout shows the exact amount as soon as you choose your office or enter your town.
What phones are your accessories compatible with?
Our MagSafe wallets and cases work with all MagSafe-enabled iPhones — iPhone 12 and every model after it. Each product page lists exactly which models it fits.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return products within 14 days of delivery — you may open and check them as you would in a shop. Email us at support@volteify.net to arrange a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@volteify.net with your order details. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
What if I refuse the parcel?
If it's damaged or not what you ordered, refuse it or contact us — we cover all shipping. If you refuse it for any other reason, you cover the cost Econt charges us to send it back — we'll let you know the amount.
