Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Bulgaria only, with Econt — to an Econt office or to your address, whichever you choose at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How will I know when my order is coming?

We will call you after you place your order to confirm the details and agree on a delivery time that works for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is Econt's charge, paid to Econt when you receive the parcel — from €5.09 to an Econt office. Econt prices it by where the parcel goes (an Econt office, or your address — a little more in a place without an Econt office) and by its weight, and adds its fee for cash on delivery on the products. We don't charge or keep any of it. You see the exact amount at checkout as soon as you choose your office or enter your town, before you place the order.
