Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with Voltify you agree to these terms of service.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or if we are unable to confirm the order with the customer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Delivery

We deliver across Bulgaria with Econt, to an Econt office of your choice or to your address — you choose when you order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will contact you before shipping to confirm your order and delivery details.

Delivery is Econt's charge: Econt's tariff for the office or address you choose and for the parcel's weight, plus Econt's fee for cash on delivery on the products. You pay it to Econt when you receive the parcel, together with the price of the products; we do not charge or keep it. Checkout shows both amounts before you place the order.

If you refuse the parcel without a valid reason (such as damage or a wrong item), you cover the cost Econt charges us to send it back. We will contact you with the amount and payment details. If the parcel is damaged, or the product is defective or not what you ordered, you can refuse it or contact us, and we cover all shipping costs.

Returns and withdrawal

You can return products within 14 days of delivery. You may open and check them as you would in a shop; if a product has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. You pay the cost of sending the item back to us, unless it arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered — then we cover all shipping costs. We refund the price of the product and the standard delivery charge you paid. You can use our withdrawal form, and our Returns & Refunds page has the full details.
